Dartmoor: Bouldering
The night before, bitterly cold, a fire that gave off as much heat as a fart and a tin of beer boiled hotdog sausages...how could you prepare better for a day of bouldering in Devon?
In stark contrast to our bitterly cold night on the moors the following day was gorgeous! Clear skies, no wind; perfect!

Bouldering, Ogmore
Ogmore pretty much caters
for many different types
of climbing - Trad., Sport
and Bouldering.
The Trench offers some tough bouldering problems with its smoothly eroded lowwer surfaces and some easier ones where it has been barnacled.
A word of warning: check the tide times as this picture was taken a few hours later when the tide had engulfed trench we were climbing in.

When the Trench if submerged to the right and higher up there is a great stratified bouldering area which can make for a nice easy traverse.

Cwm Dimbath Pics
This site is difficult to locate and a trek to get to. Heavily vegetated in places but with great potential. A very middle -earth feel to this place.
